Our Capital Markets Financing team provides tax-exempt and taxable bond and lease financing to governmental and nonprofit clients across the country. We solve the financial needs of our clients related to new projects, refinancings, debt restructurings and more. Serving as an underwriter, municipal advisor or placement agent, our team is experienced at successfully structuring even the most complex financings to help our communities build their future.
Public Finance
The Crews Public Finance team has a history of experience serving the financing needs of communities across the country. Our bankers work with community leaders from a broad spectrum of institutions to walk them through the process. The financing vehicle can vary greatly — from a traditional underwriting to private placements or limited offerings — with the ultimate goal of delivering the capital needed to meet our clients’ needs while providing favorable terms and interest rates.
The Bridge
Crews’ underwriting desk is responsible for connecting our borrowing clients to our investing clients, working as the bridge between capital markets financing and fixed income sales and trading. We are blessed to have a great team with years of experience serving in this role, which is an essential function in delivering exceptional terms and interest rates for our clients. This ability is something we take great pride in here at Crews as we strive to serve our clients beyond their expectations.

Our municipal advisory services are handled by our affiliates Crews Municipal Advisors and First Security Beardsley.
