What We Stand For
Adron Crews, our founder and namesake, believed in three key principles of successful living and working, and he has stressed these principles from the firm's beginning. His "three-legged stool" approach may sound simple, but it is the undisputed reason for the firm's success and continued advancement.
Do what's right. The client's needs are placed first. He believed that doing what's right requires integrity, compassion and accountability.
Treat everyone with respect. Regardless of their position in life, everyone deserves to be treated with professionalism, inclusion and openness.
Work hard. Mr. Crews was fond of saying he didn't mind his employees working half-days. He would ask, "Which 12 hours do you want to work?" He demanded teamwork, drive and flexibility.
Investments
Through our sales and trading team, we work with institutional and individual clients all across the country helping them execute their investment strategies through access to our products and trade ideas. With an average yearly trade volume of nearly $60 billion, we've made fixed income our specialty.
Financing
Through our capital markets team, we help clients access capital through the bond market to build needed infrastructure as our communities grow. We may serve as underwriter, municipal advisor, placement agent or lessor, based on the needs of the client.
