Prior to joining the Crews sales floor, Phil attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and then worked for another investment firm for more than 30 years. Phil also served in the Marine Corps from 1971-1973. He is a member of Maumelle Country Club, and when he isn’t working for institutional clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife of 48 years and their six grandchildren – all girls!  His outdoor pastimes include golfing and fishing.  Phil also crafts custom-made cutting boards.
