As part of our executive sales team, Clay supports both institutional and retail clients with their fixed-income investment needs. He brings decades of experience in securities to Crews, specializing in structuring community bank portfolios with a focus on asset quality, maximized returns and reduced interest rate risk and price volatility.

Prior to joining Crews, Clay worked with Vining Sparks and the Capital Markets Group at Commerce Bank. Originally from Germantown, Tennessee, he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Arkansas. When he’s not working, Clay enjoys spending time with his kids, Warren and Ava.
