We at Crews & Associates are thankful for our many clients who are in the forefront of providing care and leadership in response to the COVID-19 outbreak. Our thoughts are with those whose lives have been impacted by this pandemic. We pray for a speedy and complete recovery for each person affected by the virus. On behalf of the employees of Crews, I wanted to let you know how our firm is positioned to serve your financial needs during this crisis. We are taking steps to respond to new information and guidance as it is issued by national and local governments as well as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
As the situation continues to change rapidly, our main priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients. Some of our steps include:
Allowing employees to work from home through our secure VPN network;
Discouraging all non-essential visitors to Crews offices – including visits from clients, family, friends, etc.;
Increasing daily cleaning and nighttime sanitization of our headquarters building;
Discouraging employees from attending non-essential meetings or events of over 10 people and limiting unnecessary on-site meetings of over 10 people, unless absolutely required;
Updating travel policy to limit or prohibit business and personal travel; and
Meeting daily with our leadership team to monitor events and position Crews to take care of clients and employees.
As you make your plans, please know that Crews remains open and that you have access to both your investments as well as our advisors and bankers. We value the trust that you place in our firm and will work to continue to earn that confidence.
