As a vice president for Crews’ school advisory group, First Security Beardsley, Michael is involved in many aspects of each transaction. He joined Beardsley in 2005 and has been involved in nearly 700 transactions totaling over $5.3 billion. From financial review, debt structuring, refunding analysis and document review, Michael has experience in a wide variety of transaction structures.
Prior to joining the Beardsley team, Michael worked for Crews. He earned his B.S.B.A. in financial management from the University of Arkansas in 2002. He’s still a diehard Razorbacks fan — regardless of the sport.
