Rick Calhoun

Rick is a fixed income specialist and institutional broker. He joined Crews in 1982 after a fourteen-year career as CEO of a family business.  For over three decades, he has been a leading registered representative and a top producer at Crews due in part to his exceptional customer service. Rick has also been recognized with a number of career-related awards. He is a securities principal and maintains an extensive institutional client base that includes some of the largest banks and money managers in the country. Rick is a lifelong student of history & political science and has authored numerous articles and essays. He is a musician, songwriter and collector of vintage guitars; he is also an avid reader and book collector. Rick is a member of the Nashville Songwriters Association International and a recording studio partner. Over the years, Rick has served on countless charitable boards from historical societies to church finance committees. He currently serves as a director of American Patrons of the National Library & Galleries of Scotland in Edinburgh and is president of the Clan Colquhoun International Society based in Luss, Scotland.” Rick and his wife, Julie, have three grown daughters and five grandsons. His politics and outlook on life are very conservative, and he enjoys writing, research, music, and book collecting in his spare time.
