Clarence entered the securities industry in 1986. After joining Crews in 1995, he developed a core institutional client base of state and local governmental entities, public universities and investment managers. His fixed income experience allows him to meet the changing investment needs for institutional clients throughout the United States.
His educational studies took him to North Carolina A&T prior to his business coursework at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He also formerly served in the U.S. Army. He and his wife Carlotta have two children, Clifford and LaVerta. Away from the office he enjoys time with his family, cycling and is an active member of Christ the King Catholic Church.
