Caleb joined Crews in 2024, filling the role of Vice President in Treasury Sales. In this position he helps Crews build its US Treasury distribution. Caleb serves institutional clients, aiding with their fixed income needs, with a focus on US Treasury products. He serves as a bridge between the US rates desk at Crews and his clients, providing them with market insight, commentary, and technical levels, allowing his clients to properly enter and exit US Treasury trades.
Prior to joining Crews, Caleb worked for a regional firm in New York City. He began in the sales and trading training program before joining the US rates desk, where he served in both sales and trading roles at various times.
Caleb is a native of McArthur, Ohio, and graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. While in college, he played varsity football. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and farming with his family as well as spending time with his wife and two puppies.
