We are fortunate to have served Texas issuers for many years and have maintained membership in the Municipal Advisory Council of Texas. Rick O’Brien represents Crews & Associates in Texas and surrounding states. His skills are supported by a team of professionals who design, develop and distribute a variety of municipal securities from locations in several other states, including the firm’s principal office in Little Rock, Arkansas. Crews & Associates has served its clients since 1979 and has participated in more than $50 billion of municipal securities transactions in more than thirty-five states.
