Dr. Howard Neeley brings more than 40 years of education administration and finance experience into his role as a capital markets associate for Crews & Associates. During his 34 years of public school administration, he navigated successfully and repeatedly through the building process, using both bond issues and lease purchase issues to complete the process.

Expertise

Dr. Neeley’s expertise enables him to assist effectively school boards and school superintendents of all levels of expertise as they consider a capital project. He can help them evaluate their budgets and consider all available sources of funding to find a proper solution. Once a solution is determined, Dr. Neeley is adept at helping schools carry out public notifications and other steps to completion.

Past Experience

Prior to joining the firm, Dr. Neeley worked in public finance for both Commerce Bank and Wells Fargo. He has also served as a school finance consultant and an adjunct professor for Lindenwood University in St. Charles, Missouri. Neeley's vast experience in the public sector includes 29 years as superintendent of schools for districts throughout Missouri.
