The Operations Department is staffed by experienced professionals who make extensive use of computer automation and online databases to provide accurate and timely information for our firm and its customers. Additionally, each customer account is reviewed for suitability by our compliance officers. We take great lengths to assure all activities are maintained within regulatory guidelines.

Operations and support staff, along with our bankers, traders and sales force, are committed to providing effective customer service for our clients. Full safekeeping custodial services are provided to receive and deliver securities, and also to collect and disburse principal and interest, or dividend income. All of the firm's retail customers receive statements which detail both brokerage and money market fund activity. Furthermore, free-cash balances can be transferred automatically to taxable or tax-exempt money market funds.
