Background
The Beardsley family's experience in the financial advisory and consulting services for the school districts of Arkansas extends back to 1949. In 1997, Raney & Beardsley was formed to serve the financing needs of Arkansas School Districts. In July 2006, the firm changed its name to First Security Beardsley Public Finance to better reflect the ownership and direction of the company's operations.
The Beardsley family has always supported public education groups and associations through corporate memberships and sponsorship of events. We hold corporate membership and / or sponsor events for the following organizations: Arkansas School Board Association (ASBA), Arkansas Association of Educational Administrators (AAEA), Arkansas Rural Educators Association (AREA), Arkansas Association of School Administrators (AASA), and the Arkansas Activities Association (AAA).
